Easy Steps To Add an HP Printer to the
Wireless Network
Here we learn how to connect an HP Printer to the Wireless Network. So
that we can print from the Printer without any connection to the computer.
Every HP Printer is not having the Wireless Printing Option. Ensure the proper
internet connection of the printer and proceed.
HP Printer
Wireless Connection can be achieved by two methods,
- Automatic Printer Connection.
- Manual Connection.
Method 1: Automatic Connection
1. The Computer and Network should be Compatible
with each other. Kindly double check that. To Setup auto
wireless connect, your printer and PC should meet following requirements,
- Your PC should be running in windows vista or later versions OS, OS X 10.5(Leopard) or Macintosh.
- Your Computer should support 802.11 b/g/n wireless router.
- Use Computers with Dynamic IP address.
2. Find the Suitable Printer Software
3. Double-click the Software .exe
setup file to download.
4. Turn ON the Printer.
5. Then follow the ON-SCREEN
Instruction until reaching the "Network" system.
6. Choose Network (Ethernet/Wireless)
which is displayed in the middle of the page.
7. Then click yes, send my wireless
settings to the printer button.
8. Wait until your Printer gets
connected.
9. Complete the Wireless Installation
setup.

Method 2: Manual Printer Wireless Connection
1. Connect your Printer and computer via USB Cable and Install
Driver Software.
2. Switch ON the Power Source and Turn the Printer ON.
3. Activate the Printer touch screen for setup. If the printer
doesn’t have the touch screen, then we have to connect the printer to wireless
network using software setup.
4. Select Setup icon
to proceed wireless setup.
